Customer Advocate

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to help deliver exceptional sales customer service to new and existing clients. This includes supporting Regional Sales Managers, reviewing and managing client contracts, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure client interests are represented within the company. This candidate will also ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Duties and Responsibilities Interact with clients and various internal departments to help manage client relationships with X-ES. Specific responsibilities include: Author sales quotations while maintaining a high level of communication with Regional Sales Managers and project teams to determine pricing and lead time Manage client sales orders from entry through to shipment, including driving open item resolution with clients Organize and coordinate with internal departments to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments on post-shipment inquiries and general account support Required Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; a minimum of four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required degree Minimum of two years of experience in a professional office environment working directly with clients and client contacts Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with limited supervision Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software and database applications, including Microsoft Office Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI Desired Qualifications Flexibility to adapt and adjust work schedule to meet clients' needs and expectations Ability to prioritize and manage multiple needs at once with exceptional organization and time-management skills Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation and Benefits Extreme Engineering Solutions offers a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits, including: No-deductible, low-copay group health and dental insurance (90% employer paid) Life insurance and long-term disability insurance (100% employer paid) Paid time off, plus eight paid holidays a year Safe Harbor 401(k) contribution Participation in the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) X-ES also takes a casual, small-business approach to company culture.
