Our Customer Service Representatives are essential in supporting our diverse product line, addressing inquiries across various topics, and creatively resolving customer issues. Our clientele includes product owners, service providers, designers, builders, installers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the representative voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., delivering professional, friendly, timely, and precise responses to customer and partner inquiries.
  • Verify and update customer account information while documenting interactions in our CRM system.
  • Efficiently respond to inquiries, educate customers to enhance their product experience, and negotiate solutions that benefit all parties involved.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and process improvements.

Career Advancement Opportunities:

Successful completion of your internship may lead to potential full-time or part-time positions post-graduation. Various career paths are available for full-time Customer Care Team members, including roles such as Product Support Representatives, Customer Advocates, and Leadership positions.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Full-time training commitment for 2-3 weeks.
  • Availability to work full-time during summer months and part-time during the academic year.
