As the leader who represents KBKG and drives the top line revenue, the Director of Sales should have the ability to increase the productivity of the team through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution and building a highly empowered, collaborative sales culture.Responsibilities Manage and grow a team of 5-7 Account Director or Account Executives (Outside Sales Representatives) Ensure direct reports meet or exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas Provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs (Virtually and in the field). Ensure each direct report fully understands KBKG's sales process Conduct weekly one on one meetings with direct reports Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, goal setting, and disciplinary action as required.
