Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Territory Manager at EI Sales. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing solution sales within their assigned territory of Iowa, Nebraska and S. Illinois. . The role involves positioning manufacturing and design services solutions at executive leadership and director of operation, and positioning component
solutions with
purchasing and engineering.
You will have territory responsibility for hunting and prospecting for new accounts, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating product training and sales support for distributors.
Annual Salary based on experience + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing + Car Allowance + Communication Allowance
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the electronics industry and related products
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in the electronics industry
