Join Prescott Window Coverings, a prominent company specializing in high-quality window treatments and blinds located in Prescott, Arizona. Our company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and top-notch products to our valued customers. As an Office Manager at Prescott Window Coverings, you will play a key role in ensuring office and customer operations run smoothly, supporting our team, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position with considerable customer interface (scheduling sales, installation and repair appointments, greeting walk-ins and showing them the showroom displays) as well as accepting payments and applying them accurately in Quick Books.
While remote work is not an option, our office culture is inclusive, collaborative, and welcoming to all.

Responsibilities
Office Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
Communications: Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents for the bookkeeper, reports, and presentations as needed.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a friendly and helpful manner.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Scheduling: Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and installations as required.
Requirements
Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and Quick books and other office productivity tools.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients, supporting their needs, and representing the company professionally.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
