As an Office Manager at Prescott Window Coverings, you will play a key role in ensuring office and customer operations run smoothly, supporting our team, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position with considerable customer interface (scheduling sales, installation and repair appointments, greeting walk-ins and showing them the showroom displays) as well as accepting payments and applying them accurately in Quick Books.

Responsibilities Office Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Communications: Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
