The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Livermore, CA office as a Customer Relations Specialist. The candidate will be required to think beyond the immediate scope of the job, and understand the larger picture of the company.Responsibilities:Help drive repeat business by making exceptional quality of service a high priority, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Efficiently process orders and transactions.Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines by coordinating with logistics and shipping partners.Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams.Improve overall customer experience and service efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams.Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a diplomatic and effective manner.Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM program.Recommend new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.Be a forward thinker by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
