To provide clients with specialist advice, knowledge and support the delivery of complex propositions and solutions to international clients in world leading Risk and Customer Management Solutions. Key Result Areas Sales and Business Development Support Develop partnerships with local market Sales and Business Development functions to promote and sell all the services and benefits of the Global Consulting Team. Work closely with Sales Leadership and Tier 1 & 2 Account Managers to define clear client account plans and solutions that adequately address client requirements and deliver superior value leveraging best practice, personal experience and Experian’s capabilities and expertise. In conjunction with the local Sales team, develop the Strategic Plan which identifies opportunities to deliver complex risk and customer management solutions in existing markets. Position, sell and deliver business reviews to identify the business case and ROI for every client opportunity Support the creation of sales, marketing and project related material Provide input to contractual negotiations to ensure successful delivery of products and services to the client. Support sales & delivery of our Credit Services & Decision Analytics in collaboration with the Business Development and Delivery functions; with emphasis in RFI & RFP’s, Business Requirements and Statements of Work. Lead any initiatives to adapt Experian products to meet local needs and requirements. Consulting and Advisory Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to client requirements whilst maximising business benefits. Act as the local ‘expert’ and provide thought leadership on all aspects of the client’s credit business, including customer acquisition, customer management and collections etc. Lead the client through the key aspects of their internal change process, ensuring that all the teams and operations affected are brought in at the appropriate time. Understand Experian’s relative attractiveness in the market place, develop and implement plans to optimise market share. Personal Development Take ownership of proactive identification and progression through own personal development plan to extend business, technical and interpersonal expertise. Collaborate across Experian to enrich our core data assets and bring the best of Experian to the client. Qualifications

A relevant degree: Bcom, BSc or Computer Science is required. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in functional, operational or consultancy experience, ideally in banking or financial services is required. Excellent knowledge of credit risk management with particular expertise in at least one part of the customer lifecycle (e.g. origination, customer management, collections or fraud) Proactive and innovative, proven track record in demonstrating thought leadership, especially with strong problem solving and chance detecting ability Strong influencing, facilitation and negotiation skills Experience of working effectively in virtual teams and demonstrated collaboration Additional Information
