Your Role

As a Project Engineering Consultant, you will collaborate with our global team of project management professionals to deliver impactful results. You will engage with key stakeholders and represent the MP brand effectively. This role emphasizes project execution and engineering, allowing you to diversify your experience while supporting our key projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget tracking to achieve business goals and project outcomes.
  • Reviewing technical specifications, requirements, and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Preparing and presenting project updates, reports, and technical documentation to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract management, and negotiations as necessary.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies in project execution.

As a consultant, you will provide expertise, adapt to new environments, and work collaboratively within a team. You will represent our brand on client sites and be equipped with the necessary resources to support our engagements.

Who You Are

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. We are looking for candidates with 3-7 years of experience in project engineering or management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction context. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is essential, and a PMP or similar certification is advantageous.

Compensation

MIGSO-PCUBED is committed to fair and equitable compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for an annual performance-based incentive program. This salary range considers various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
