Position Summary: Responsible for leading the division in developing a high performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy, trained, knowledgeable, and held accountable for their performance. Lead the division to identify, select, hire and on-board, diverse talent. Responsible for the development and execution of the division's training plan. Lead the division in aligning workforce planning, training, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Essential Job Functions: Develop annual and/or on-going training plan and budget based on talent needs and recommended guidance from corporate. Ensure On-boarding/New Hire Training Programs are in place and tracked accurately in ACT/KnowMe. Orchestrate and deliver coaching/mentoring tools and resources to enhance and develop associate personal and professional skills. Identify and maintain a pool of quality, certified trainers to support the annual training and leadership development plans. Oversee annual workforce planning process ensuring turnover is analyzed and staffing needs are identified and appropriate plans are developed to generate a diverse pool of high-quality candidates to support gaps. Administer the succession planning process by working with corporate and division HR leaders to develop executive talent. Ensure emerging leaders have development plans in place, follow up to ensure, associates are being trained and placed in positions that enhance development. Develop metrics and monitor performance and progress against business objectives. Support and oversee recruiting strategy to identify and hire diverse candidates for MD-1, specialty skilled positions, department heads and other leadership positions. Analyze performance trends and partner with Admin/Total Rewards Manager to ensure associates are being evaluated fairly and accurately, and that compensation and equity awards are distributed wisely across the division. Oversee KTV staff to ensure effective utilization of the resources and content broadcast within the division. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies. Implement and support programs/processes developed corporately or provided by third party vendors for talent management solutions. Supervise and coach direct report in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Minimum Position Qualifications:
