We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team to work on the DefTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, coupled with interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered DefTech solutions for Autonomous Drones and Knowledge Management . Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI Powered applications from end to end. Deploy machine learning models and algorithms into production systems. Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate integration of AI capabilities into existing software infrastructure. Build intuitive user interfaces and experiences for ATAK and Streamlit Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of AI systems. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and recommend innovative solutions to enhance products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in frontend and backend technologies such as [Streamlit, Python, FastAPI, GRPC/Protobufs]. 2+ years of experience regarding best practices of Cloud Native Development and Deployment. 1+ years of experience in developing applications using the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) platform. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying models using libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for building and deploying AI applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing machine learning applications tailored for Edge platforms, such as NVIDIA Jetson Orin. Experience in optimizing performance and scalability of GPU-based Edge deployments, including considerations for deployment size and response times Experience as a lead or as a key member of a team that has successfully developed and deployed interfaces and applications based on the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) platform. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision (CV) technologies. Prior experience in developing AI-driven solutions for the Defense industry is a nice to have. Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
