Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following lending areas: commercial or retail loan servicing, processing of financial transactions, and loan reconciliation functions. We have an opening for a Loan Servicing Specialist in our Downtown Spokane location. Essential Functions: Ensures credibility of the loan system by accurately servicing loan portfolio Handles monetary transactions, maintenance entries and updates to the core application Handles loan boarding and collateral perfection Balances transactions, verifies input, identifies and corrects rejects Provides high quality customer service, researching and resolving customer issues Qualifications: Demonstrated accuracy in working with detailed data in a deadline-oriented environment Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a loan servicing or related environment is desired Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and general loan servicing, as well as bank, federal, and state policies and requirements is desired Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilize systems and applications Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize work projects to meet deadlines Pay Range:

$17.56 - $26.37 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
