This position will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, assisting with recruiting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing employee relations.*Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:** Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, flexible* spending accounts, dependent care accounts, 403(b)* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and benefit information in the HR systems by* processing all status changes, salary changes, garnishments, terminations, and* withholding requests immediately upon notification by the employee* Manage leave and paid time off programs in the HR systems, such as vacation,* bereavement, sick, and leave of absence* Prepare required reports as well as special reports as requested* Assist with onboarding of all new employees, such as new employee orientation,* explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures,* verifying I-9 and E-Verify* Stay current with local, state, and federal laws, and trends to ensure compliance* Assist with recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified candidates* Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department*Requirements of the Human Resources Administrator:** 2-3 years related Human Resources work experience* Ability to interpret human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills* Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task effectively and carry projects to completion according to deadlines* Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
