What You’ll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: Efficiently schedule inspections and optimize resources to meet targets, through high-volume calling (100+ calls/day). Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner and redirect or inform customers as needed. Place outbound calls to customers to schedule inspections as needed. Listen to and respond to voicemails. Take ownership of the customer experience by conducting all additional assignments to ensure we are Delivering Happiness to Every Home. Provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining key metrics that keep the company compliant. Utilize reporting to identify customers that are ready for inspection and accurately record all inspection information in our CRM database. Ensure all jobs are inspected per local guidelines.
