About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for customers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with monthly forecasting goals.
  • Manage technician schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Debrief activities with technicians daily, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Partner with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed to customer expectations and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Analyze and assess technical team performance, making adjustments as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assess job completion and collaborate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs through the appropriate business process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 2 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to perform work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Candidate should possess a background in a building management system / controls industry.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
