Job Overview
As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
- Implementing strategies to enhance overall productivity across plant operations.
- Negotiating cost-effective solutions for parts and supplies, ensuring maintenance expenditures remain within budget.
- Advising on potential upgrades and new equipment that could improve operational effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley controls and PLC troubleshooting.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Background in the food and beverage industry.
Position Type
This is a permanent role.
Work Environment
The position is based in a food and beverage production facility that operates without climate control, employing over 150 staff members. The work schedule is for the first shift.
