As we expand, we seek a dynamic Sales Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive our growth.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Business Development Representative at HW Wholesale, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the smoke and vape industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the products they need. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to the success of a growing company.

Everyone here plays a key role in our operations. We have a fleet of vehicles that you will be traveling in 1-2x a week once you are comfortable. Time spent on the road will be building relationships and expanding business partners. We will provide a large list of leads and you will be generating your own as well. You will be given a Cell Phone and Laptop which you will operate on.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients within the smoke and vape industry.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Present product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales and business development (Not a deal breaker)
Knowledge of the smoke and vape industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CLOSER
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
