Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with our passionate technical staff to develop proposal submissions that set us apart from the pack, flexing and developing your skills in writing, project management, and layout/design
Provide marketing support for all aspects of the pursuit process including workflow coordination, go assessments, resource requirements, technical content needs, interview coaching, and debriefs.
Prepare high-impact materials including proposals, presentations qualifications, and other communications in line with Stantec’s visual brand and written voice
Work with marketing, public relations, and technical partners on targeted publications, e-campaigns, promotional material, and key conferences/tradeshows.
Maintain Stantec’s internal marketing data bases for information related to people, projects, pursuits, and promotional activities
Qualifications
Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; able to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and tools and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
A desire to be part of a team that supports each other, and values work-life balance.
Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtually.
A passion for people, building trust, and fostering solid relationships.
Must be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
Education and Experience
Post-Secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience.
2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
Experience in the AEC industry is a plus, but not required.
