The Property Leasing Specialist will be tasked with conducting regular market surveys, overseeing the daily leasing operations, and nurturing positive resident relations.

The key objectives of this position include:

  • Maintaining high occupancy rates through effective leasing strategies.
  • Collaborating with property management to align with ownership guidelines.
  • Meeting financial targets set by ownership and management.
  • Safeguarding the value and integrity of the property.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations and standards.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance coordination, assisting with marketing budgets, reporting, and completing compliance documentation while adhering to applicable laws and company policies.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in leasing multifamily properties.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
