  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and translate insights into partner solutions
  • Identify opportunities for partners to develop differentiated offerings

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans for partnership offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS teams to bring partner solutions to market
  • Contribute to prioritization of AWS investments in partnerships
  • Support the delivery of programs and initiatives to scale partner business
  • Prepare comprehensive business reviews and updates for AWS leadership

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working within the AWS partner ecosystem
  • Understanding of AWS services, technologies, and Amazon Businesses
  • Experience in solution selling and new business model development
