Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the department.

Responsibilities:

- Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

- Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution

- Contribute to affirmative action planning and workforce management

- Aid in strategic planning for human capital management

- Perform data entry and data collection for HR metrics and reporting

- Assist in change management initiatives

- Collaborate with Paychex or similar payroll systems

Hard Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

+ Understanding of Quick Books

+ Experience with ERP software

Soft Skills

+ Strong communication skills

+ Independent logical thinking

+ Ability to work as a team player

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing environment which might get dirty. You will be stationed near the office manager.
