Your Opportunity as an Analyst, Integrated Analytics - CCB SBS

Our commitment to leverage strategic analysis has taken on even greater importance in today's competitive environment. We are growing our analytical capabilities and supporting the growth of those on our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner for the Customer & Category Business (CCB) Team. You will support the analytics across our Sweet Baked Snacks (SBS) business for the Category, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams, delivering insights that directly impact our go to market strategies. You will also work closely with Analysts across our other Strategic Business Areas (SBAs) for collaborative storytelling and identifying opportunities for synergies across business areas.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence

In this role you will:
  • Utilize data to create and leverage deep consumer and retailer insights
  • Assist in the development of Category & Customer selling stories to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the sales analysts and commercial organization to optimize business strategies and initiatives and lead in the identification of opportunities and competitive threats
  • Drive process improvements by simplifying analytics and business intelligence
  • Continuously develop capabilities in syndicated data, account specific data, JMS financial data, advanced statistical analysis, visualization, and presentation skills

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Business Analytics or similar CPG experience (can include internships)
  • Passion for championing insights based on data that can support issue resolution and proactive opportunities to drive improvement
  • Demonstrated capabilities in gathering, analyzing and presenting detailed information related to all aspects of business to audiences of diverse experiences
  • Strong solution-oriented thinker with project management, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Collaborative partner who can develop trusted relationships
  • A relentless commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
  • Experience with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, etc)
  • Experience with retailer data (Retail Link, Atlas, Luminate, 1010, etc)
  • Experience with data visualization and statistical programming languages
