In this pivotal position, you will act as a crucial support resource for the entire brand portfolio, focusing on our Sales teams. You will be accountable for ensuring the integrity of master data and maintaining system functionality. You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Trade Funds System (CAS), Reporting System (Spotfire), and Master Data inquiries. You will operate under general guidance and mentorship from your manager regarding overarching goals and priorities.
Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office expectation
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process & Support
- Act as a primary contact for multiple Sales teams across all Strategic Business Areas (SBA's)
- Engage in discussions with the Sales Organization to comprehend CAS requirements and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams on best practices for Sales planning, providing insights and recommendations
- Identify and document areas for improvement in business processes or systems, gathering requirements and formulating optimal solutions through Functional Design Documentation
- Maintain a forward-thinking approach, particularly regarding the Sales impact of CAS modifications or system functionalities
- Translate complex technical issues into clear and concise summaries for users
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures to enhance system planning and execution activities
- Independently lead and deliver medium-scale project work, including cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Trade Fund reporting; assist business users with functionality and provide insights on the most effective reports to meet their needs
- Support internal partners in establishing consistent, repeatable processes and implementing enhancements
- Work with users to troubleshoot system issues, analyze Sales impact, and collaborate closely with IS for resolution as necessary
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) while performing daily troubleshooting on cross-functional projects
- Lead the collection and analysis of requests from key stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional team members to evaluate requests
- Continuously enhance existing processes by proposing and implementing improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to execute key activities, particularly during Year End
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving user issues through re-creation in test environments and issue investigation
- Monitor and address data integration failures, engaging IS partners when necessary
- Lead initiatives to resolve critical business process challenges

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of progressive business experience
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, slicers, v-lookups, macros)
- Experience with business intelligence tools from a reporting perspective
- Strong analytical and forward-thinking capabilities
- Customer service orientation

- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred
