Your Role as the Senior Analyst, Global Customer Logistics

In this position, you will collaborate with retailers and distributors across multiple regions to enhance the efficiency of supply chain processes related to International Logistics. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with International Sales, Marketing, and Global Trade Compliance teams to facilitate the order-to-cash cycle while ensuring adherence to export regulations and providing essential documentation. A keen interest in International Business and Supply Chain, coupled with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, is essential for success in this role. Effective communication with individuals both within and outside the organization and across diverse backgrounds is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the receipt of customer purchase orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Guarantee the precise and timely processing of export documents for customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Manage coordination and technical aspects related to the international movement of goods, including customs regulations, laws, company policies, and necessary documentation.
  • Support integration with other JMS systems and engage IS partners as needed.
  • Communicate with production sites, planners, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to coordinate the transportation of freight from domestic origins to overseas destinations using various transportation modes (Ocean, Airfreight, LTL, Truckload, and Parcel).
  • Prepare and process invoices while assisting in the investigation and resolution of overdue payments, deductions, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Review daily monitoring reports to ensure sales and on-time delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Manage internal communications to address issues with unacceptable goods/services and collaborate with the Corporate Quality team to identify root causes and provide appropriate responses.
  • Assist in integrating new customers and markets into the existing order-to-cash process.
  • Work alongside the Global Trade Compliance team to support internal/external audit requests regarding documentation for compliance with export regulations, administer certificates as required by special trade programs, and effectively collaborate with contracted ocean carriers.
What We Seek:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, presentations).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
