REPORTS TO: Director of Sales & Marketing FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt Summary ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Premium Sales Manager at ASM Richmond. As a member of the Sales & Marketing Department, the Premium Sales Manager

is responsible for effectively and profitably managing all day-to-day aspects of the premium services operations; including Clubs/Lounge Programs, Personal Seat Licenses, Premium Seat sales, and all other pertinent areas of premium services. Essential Functions: Manage premium services and seating for the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center venues, providing prompt and professional communication and service to premium clientele Supervise Premium Sales Coordinator and team of part-time premium staff Create and execute a business plan for the premium sales program, including pricing,

advertising/marketing,

expense outline, etc. Prospect and cultivate new sales through creative lead generation methods, communicating via phone, email, text, social media, face-to-face meetings, and other communication methods Entertain and nurture business relationships through networking events, speaking engagements, and one-on-one meals, performance invitations, and off-site meetings Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and high-priority clients, maintaining confidentiality and demeanor at all times Maintain detailed and organized records of customer data using CRM system Develop and implement strategies for generating incremental revenue from existing clients Meet or exceed all individual and team sales goals associated with premium services, preparing bi-weekly reports on sales revenue pipeline and projections Be responsible for on-site PSE program operations and client entertainment at most events, working extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum of 2+ years of successful sales & service management experience (premium experience plus) 2+ years supervisory experience preferred Skilled in analyzing data, developing concise recommendations, and presenting results and suggestions to leadership Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and other stakeholders Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritize efficiently High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and desire to grow professionally Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines independently Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure Interest in working extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays TO APPLY: ASM is an Equal
