Operations Coordinator

Excellent communication, written and verbal, with empathy and verbosity
Fluency in GSuite, Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint, and MacOS
Experience in using CRMs and/or marketing automation tools
Operations
Assist with gathering data and generating reports
Assist with invoicing, coordination with accountants
Communication
Actively listen to customer thoughts and problems
Facilitate communications between clients and key stakeholders
Use tech and remote work best practices for effective asynchronous teamwork
Support
Create and maintain documentation for various products
Monitor support inbox, respond and/or forward to relevant stakeholders
Marketing
Maintain a social media calendar for various products
Create and execute email and other marketing campaigns
