Objective

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the Radiopharmaceutical Production and Manufacturing functional area of the business, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, this role will be instrumental in coaching leaders and managers, addressing personnel matters, fostering positive workplace dynamics, implementing initiatives aimed at nurturing employee growth and professional advancement.

Essential Functions Partner closely with the Radiopharmaceutical Production and Manufacturing leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals. Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Lead the talent acquisition process for the functional area, including workforce planning, recruitment, and selection of top talent. Develop and implement comprehensive employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities within the team. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching and support on performance management, career development, and employee engagement. Offer advice and coaching on HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring fairness and advocating for employees. Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Anticipate employee needs and collaborate to develop innovative solutions for an enhanced employee experience. Serve as an advocate for the company's core values of trust, teamwork, curiosity, and communication, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment through strategic HR initiatives and actions. Qualifications

Educations / Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and employee relations. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and best practices. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments highly desired. Experience with HCM/HRIS/ATS systems preferred. Computer skills: Functional experience with an ERP preferred; proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proven ability to offer solutions for people and organizational challenges. Service-oriented approach with a commitment to creating positive change and delivering exemplary employee experiences. Versatility in communication styles to build trust with various organizational levels. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and synchronize with the broader HR group for a seamless employee experience. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive attitude toward pursuing creative approaches and rolling up sleeves as needed. Must have keen attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret local, state and federal employment law and industry standards and apply information to quality standards. Ability to focus on critical issues and balance and respond to competing short-term and long-term priorities. Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions in person and virtually. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as needed.

Location:

This position is based in Somerset, NJ, with the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement. While remote work may be available on certain days, some in-office work will be required to support the needs of the team and organization.
