Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Onboarding HR Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle for new hires, from offer letter to first-day orientation and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires across all levels of the organization
  • Conduct thorough pre-employment screening including background checks, employment verifications, and drug testing
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive new hire orientation presentations covering company policies, benefits, safety protocols, and construction site requirements
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and employee files are properly maintained
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to set up access, equipment, credentials, and any required training for new employees
  • Serve as the main point of contact to answer any new hire questions and provide a positive onboarding experience

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or onboarding roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
