Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:
  • Support the recruitment efforts by advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms, assessing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring supervisors.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
Payroll Management:
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of payroll.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely entry of payroll information.
  • Address payroll-related questions from staff.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, including the preparation of necessary documentation and orientation materials.
  • Ensure new hires complete all mandatory training and paperwork.
Benefits Management:
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored offerings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment and modifications.
  • Keep accurate records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
General HR Assistance:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Help coordinate company events and activities aimed at employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support capacity is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Payroll, HRIS, and ATS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • The role is based in an office environment with standard business hours.
