Description
Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
