JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for answering incoming calls to assemble tow requests, assist customers and accounts with general service and vehicle inquiry questions. Dispatch calls in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed company ETA requirements. Coordinate fleet of trucks efficiently, and safely to scheduled and on- demand tow request. JOB DUTIES: Answering incoming calls for business in the efforts to increase companies\' business and adhere to contractual agreements. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers inquiring about services and/or vehicles information and next steps. Assist co-workers on calls to include, data entry of customer and vehicle information, administrative tasks, contacting customers and receiving payments. Supervise front desk assisting customers with vehicles information and options. Cross train with co-workers on all call center duties and responsibilities Facilitate training of new hires Maintain a clean and organized working environment. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Initiatives Ability to multi-task in a face pace environment Excellent attendance and flexible as business needs change. Works well with co-workers to achieve company\'s goals and objective. Identifies and implements areas of efficiency for improvement. Self-reliant, attentive, with good critical thinking skills.
