As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inventory Management team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by supporting the growth and revenue targets of all regions by working closely with our vendors and warehouse staff.

As a Procurement Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by scheduling material transfers from branch to branch through our contracted freight vendor and ensuring all purchased material is accounted for. You will report directly to the Inventory Purchasing Manager and collaborate with the Inventory Department, Warehouse Managers, Operations Admins, and Inside Operations.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Schedule pickups and confirm all shipment deliveries are made on time
  • Communicate with Warehouse Managers and vendors if material deliveries arrive damaged and coordinate to obtain replacement material
  • Monitor product pricing and update pricing catalogs as needed
  • Support the AP Department Monitor any pricing variances on invoices using Medius software
