Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to Service Desk tickets requiring Level 2 asset management.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for asset management and reporting.
  • Support VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and video conferencing setups.
  • Administer Workspace ONE UEM for compliance and reporting on Windows modern managed devices.
  • Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Leverage Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for hardware and software reporting.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in handling Service Desk tickets with a focus on asset management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and SCCM.
  • Familiarity with VMware and video conferencing technologies.
  • Ability to prepare documentation for technical staff and end users.
  • Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, including disposal and compliance.
Additional Duties:
  • Coordinate and document progress on IT initiatives.
  • Respond to management requests for asset information.
  • Prepare and maintain Chain of Custody documentation for end-of-life equipment.
  • Recommend schedules for IT asset replacements and upgrades.
  • Develop processes for IT asset installations and relocations.
  • Provide technical guidance for procurement and requisition preparation.
  • Analyze and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow Asset Management module.

This position requires a proactive approach to IT asset management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
