Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Garden City, NY This role will be an addition to their Personal Injury Department. This is an onsite position M-F with the possibility of becoming hybrid once fully trained.

The Account Executive (AE) is a critical sales/customer service role that involves promoting the company’s legal services with existing and potential personal injury clients. The AE develops strong relationships with clients while managing their accounts to achieve annual sales and service objectives. The position requires handling, processing and administration of matters that are submitted to the company. The AE is the primary point in the delivery of services to clients and will seamlessly collaborate with other team members. Client satisfaction represents the most important objective for this role.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for case management and all phases of administration for submitted matters from inception to conclusion.
Works closely with senior management and other departments to ensure and provide excellent client service.
Maintains regular contact (verbal and written) with all assigned clients.
Responsible for efficient and timely follow-up on all client inquiries as well as peer team requests to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Record daily sales and service activity in company CRM system.
Attend and participate in weekly sales and training meetings.
Occasionally represent the company at special events and industry functions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws and ethical principles.
Visit clients on-site or at other company locations.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Paralegal certificate.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong client relationships skills with effective interaction.
Must work well in a team environment, while having the ability to work independently.
Experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred) or ADR industry or judicial system.
Current driver’s license and insured automobile.
