Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner:
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to support recruiting and onboarding processes.
Oversee the enrollment and eligibility procedures for new hires, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment periods.
Communicate benefits details effectively to employees, offering guidance and assistance on plan specifics, coverage choices, and updates.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with benefits programs.
Contribute to training and development efforts within the company.
Aid in the preparation and submission of required reports and analytics.
Develop and implement HR protocols.
Address employee questions and issues regarding benefits, serving as a primary contact for problem resolution and clarification.
Qualifications of the Human Resources Business Partner:
At least 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with federal and state regulations about employee relations.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

$90,000 to $110,000 per year.
