We are adding a Supply Chain Coordinator to our PCV Global Product and Technology Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Job scope/Accountabilities

  • Act as key interface and coordination point person for all workshop requirements and details.
  • Help/Coordinate with overalls and safety needs.
  • Daily/monthly/quarterly reporting of man hours worked and compiles utilization and productivity reporting.
  • Analyses these reports and makes corrective actions where needed.
  • Work with confidential information.
  • Prepare documentation for training, proofing and production, SOP's, Works instructions etc. as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel as needed.
  • Handles document editing, proofing, formatting, and production as needed.
  • Handles data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving as needed.
  • Schedules/coordinates meetings, diaries, and high volume travel arrangements as needed.
  • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.
Experience requirements include:
  • Great interpersonal skills with a high attention to details.
  • Advanced experience in creating and utilizing PowerPoint presentations and slides.
  • Expert level in Excel -including report creation and maintenance of reporting.
  • Strong/proven ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on multiple dedicated tasks.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and organize report details and daily responsibilities at a high level.
  • Able to work Monday-Friday in office.
  • Supply chain industry experience highly preferred.
