We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Transformation to enhance our non-product procurement and supply chain services at the enterprise level. This role involves direct reporting to the Associate Director of Operations & Business Services and will oversee a team of around 10 professionals focused on technology and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the steward for supply chain processes, establishing a clear vision for operational excellence.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in processes, systems, and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide essential data and technological tools to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leaders across various departments on significant initiatives related to supply chain services.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for addressing critical challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate talent development and training to support a culture of growth and belonging.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Over 7 years of comprehensive knowledge in supply chain processes, including procurement and supplier management, along with familiarity with ERP systems.
  • U.S. citizenship is necessary due to regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in developing supply chain KPIs and leading process enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to define and shape processes to achieve strategic objectives while ensuring compliance.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • An advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector and proficiency with SAP Ariba.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent are advantageous.
