We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Transformation to oversee non-product procurement and other supply chain services at the enterprise level. This role will report to the Associate Director of Operations & Business Services and will lead a team of around 10 professionals focused on technology and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the custodian for business processes within the Supply Chain Technology domain, establishing a clear vision for processes and digital tools.
- Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in processes, systems, and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide essential data and transformative tools to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments on key initiatives related to supply chain services.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical issues, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
- Facilitate talent development and training to support a culture of growth and belonging.
- Offer mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Over 7 years of experience in supply chain processes, including procurement and supplier management, with familiarity in ERP systems.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual obligations.
- Proven track record in developing and managing supply chain KPIs and leading process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shaping processes to align with strategic objectives while ensuring compliance.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- An advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector and proficiency with SAP Ariba.
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be located near designated operational hubs.
