Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or service-related issues, working closely with operations and management teams to implement solutions. Client Communication:

Regularly update clients on service progress, upcoming projects, and industry trends to demonstrate our commitment to their success. Financial Management:

Monitor account profitability and budget adherence, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection. Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for client discussions and strategic planning. Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service details, and sales opportunities using CRM software. Provide regular reports to leadership on account performance and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Horticulture, a related field or equivalent. Proven experience of at least 3 years in account management or client relations, preferably within the commercial landscaping or related industry. Comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices, maintenance services, and plant material. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Aspire software a plus.
