Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing of aftermarket vehicle parts to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven marketing professional who excels in creating and nurturing business relationships. You will focus on promoting the value of our products and services to a targeted group including aftermarket vehicle parts wholesale distributors, and regional and local aftermarket specialty shops. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales-focused printed and digital materials and in-store marketing and displays to engage and expand our distributor and specialty shop networks. Develop comprehensive marketing programs with IM4x4 Key accounts including Keystone Automotive, Meyer, Turn 14, AAM, Grandwest and Cap-it with a focus on driving sell through. Launch new products supported by relevant asserts to B2B channel. Coordinate with Ironman 4x4 VP of Sales, Sales Managers, sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and sales objectives. Create, manage and communicate IM4x4 rolling three-month sales/marketing calendar in line with strategic goals. Lead Brand and product training programs with IM4x4 Key accounts. Lead the concepting, creation and distribution of B2B-focused social media and email marketing content in collaboration with customer and Ironman 4x4 teams. Lead the planning and execution of Ironman 4x4’s participation in B2B trade shows, including SEMA, Big Show, AAM, Tri-State. Participate in industry events and workshops, representing Ironman 4x4 to strengthen brand awareness and business relationships. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements and innovations in our B2B marketing approach. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing results to senior management at the customer and Ironman 4x4.
