Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to clinical department leaders, understanding their needs and challenges, and developing HR solutions to support their objectives. Facilitate talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development plans, specifically for clinical staff. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the unique needs of clinical operations and staff. Lead change management initiatives within clinical departments, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary. Provide guidance on workforce planning and succession planning efforts within clinical teams. Collaborate with the broader HR team to align clinical HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives. Conduct regular meetings with respective clinical departments to offer HR support and identify HR-related needs.
