Compile and coordinate training and talent review materials, track performance management activities, and support the onboarding process for new hires and contingent staff. Communicate and clarify company related policies and procedures to employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain training and compliance systems used both internally and externally. Track and report on activities as needed. Maintain course and enrollment records and prepare program and corporate level reports. Coordinate with regional offices regarding compliance tracking. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and department metrics including, but not limited to, EEO and Affirmative Action, and fulfill ad-hoc and audit requests. Prepares and administers various form processing to support employment actions including, but not limited to, PHR and discontinuation notices. Support the HR Business Partner and Staffing Manager in maintaining corporate policies, user guides, presentations, and other documentation, including updating the HR-related Intranet pages. Serve as an HR resource to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and HR systems. Assist in communicating programs and systems to employees and in developing user guidelines and documentation. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or at least four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SHRM CP certification is preferred. 2 years’ experience in Human Resources generalist or recruiting experience. 2 years’ experience with Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management System or Learning Management Systems experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: General knowledge of Human Resources programs and functions. Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to HR, including wage and hour. Excellent Excel Skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure smooth daily HR operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain effective and positive business relationships with all levels of staff and to work in a team environment. Data driven individual with strong data analysis, problem solving, and reporting capabilities. Ability to make sound and unbiased decisions. Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
