Role Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Consultant will be based in Warren, New Jersey, and will play a pivotal role in various HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all onboarding processes, including the initiation and completion of background checks and new hire documentation, while collaborating with internal teams for employee setup.
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation and work closely with hiring managers to facilitate departmental onboarding and announcements.
  • Manage I-9 completion for new hires and ensure compliance across the North America region in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Interpret and clarify HR policies, procedures, and regulations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support Talent Acquisition efforts by creating job postings, managing requisitions, and guiding candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Lead weekly Talent Acquisition meetings to review headcount and strategize on diversity initiatives through data analysis.
  • Review metrics from the Recruiting Module for accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the execution of ATS system updates and training, while developing and maintaining reports and metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Act as the primary contact for tracking and analyzing new hire feedback across North America.
  • Maintain employee files and manage compliance poster accounts.
  • Contribute to various projects, including the development of a Talent Acquisition Dashboard and enhancements to electronic onboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and recognition programs.
  • Administer a comprehensive range of HR programs covering compliance, employee relations, learning and development, and data management.
  • Compile HR data and assist in preparing reports for management review.
  • Maintain the HRIS system for data entry and personnel transactions.
  • Support data audits and corrections within HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with client groups on salary recommendations and the annual compensation process.

Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in HR, HRIS, or related fields is essential.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding processes is essential.
  • A minimum of six months of experience using the Recruitment Module and Position Management in Success Factors HRIS is required.
  • Knowledge of the employee life cycle in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Experience in HR functions within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with systems such as ADP Workforce Now, EVERFI LMS, and E-Verify is required.
  • Understanding of I-9 processes and E-Verify requirements is necessary.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
