**Purpose of Role**
To ensure as the first contact for all clients and employees that everyone has an amazing experience while on the Annexus premises or in contact with us via phone.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
* Man the front desk and answer phone calls/direct them to the appropriate people
* Ensure all entering guests and employees feel welcome and follow COVID protocol
* Handle FedEx packages, both incoming and outgoing including packing and preparing the boxes
* Assist with scheduling the Conference room and coordinate conflicts as needed
* Handle building maintenance scheduling as requested
* Assist EAs with coordinating events as needed
* Stock and organize kitchen and office products as needed
* Assist with Company supply orders as needed
* Any other tasks as assigned by your manager
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
* 2 years front desk experience, high school diploma
Candidates must have positive attitude, ability to multi-task, take direction and organize priorities amongst several competing responsibilities. Experience with office machines and Microsoft Office products a must.
