What would you do each day? A successful Compliance Associate will navigate complex regulations while fostering a collaborative atmosphere across campus. Simply, you’ll help the University try to avoid not complying with the various laws and rules that it is subject to as a global enterprise. More specifically, here are the essential duties: Evaluate whether the University’s practices and procedures adhere to current laws and regulations; Coordinate the development and deployment of compliance-related education; Collect and review compliance data from across the University; Collect and evaluate Conflict of Interest Program disclosures; Develop and maintain productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings; Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and share information gained with co-workers; Perform related work as assigned by department management; After a training period, hybrid of up to 2 days/week remote and 3 days/week on campus may be an option. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree or 3 years of college at an accredited college, university, or technical school in a related field. One to two years of full-time experience in a compliance role. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply laws and policies.
