Position Title : Business Development Representative
About The Role
As a Business Development Representative at LTK, you will be a key member of our Growth team that sits in Brand Partnerships. You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects as well as finding new potential sales. Additionally, you will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the Client Partners for next steps. This role will be responsible for identifying and refining LTK’s outbound strategy. This role is highly focused on generating new logos ($50M+ annual revenue) and bringing new brands into our LTK ecosystems, focused on long-term investment and retention.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or media industry is highly preferred. You will work closely with cross functional teams and alongside an amazing and talented team of Client Partners who are equally passionate about LTK in a fun and collaborative environment.
This role reports into Growth Sales Manager, and is 100% remote.
How You Will Make An Impact
Utilize HubSpot, email and other sales automation tools to generate new sales opportunities
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales person
Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Work cross functionally with marketing and onboard teams to qualify leads and help route with speed and accuracy
What You Will Bring To LTK
1+ years experience as a BDR/SDR
Experience with outbound prospecting
Enjoy working in a collaboratively driven and lively environment, achieving your goals while also making others around you better
Have a positive, self-driven team-first mentality with a desire to learn
Hardworking, thoughtful, and insightful in your communication. Know your stuff, so you can think on your feet in a conversation
Work with a sense of urgency yet are process-based and customer-centric
High level of curiosity about the space
Ability to network and form relationships internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with CRM software & sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn, Seamless AI, etc.)
Ability to build outstanding customer relationships

Self motivated and self-directed; Fast learner
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Ability to craft well thought-out, highly engaging emails
Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently
