Fidelity Charitable seeks a talented individual to support two key programs within our marketing team. This exceptional individual will work closely with both our Thought Leadership Director and Internal Communications Director to harness our voice and drive alignment throughout the organization. You will execute projects by working closely with various internal teams to prioritize and coordinate communications, messaging, and events, and establish systems and processes to drive efficiencies and cohesion across the marketing team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Education:\u00A0Bachelor s degree, preferably in communications or marketing.

  • Experience:\u00A05+ years of communications and/or marketing coordination experience within an agency or corporate environment.

  • Attention to Detail:\u00A0Ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.

  • Marketing Passion:\u00A0Experience and enthusiasm for marketing, with innovative thinking to reach various audiences.
