Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market dynamics and adjust rental pricing accordingly
  • Oversee financial processes and analyze monthly financial reports
  • Execute maintenance and enhancement strategies
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector and proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • A college degree is preferred
