Overview:

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for end-users, providing comprehensive hardware and software support for a diverse range of devices. This role involves managing the technical needs of over 100 users, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, assisting over 100 users with IT-related issues.
Provide support for Windows PCs, iPhones, Android devices, Zebra barcode scanners, and Zebra label printers.
Perform operating system upgrades, including transitioning from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Image, configure, and deploy new PCs to end-users.
Set up new user accounts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant certifications or experience.
3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a support role.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
Ability to walk between buildings and navigate different environments throughout the day.
Experience with AS400 systems is highly desirable.
