About the Job

Terminix Service, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pest Management Professional to join our team. As a Pest Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing an established pest control route by selling services to both new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell pest control services to new and existing customers
  • Schedule appointments and conduct home inspections
  • Perform pest control services, including crawling and working in small confined spaces
  • Operate and maintain a company truck
  • Meet sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, we provide paid training
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces
  • Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Sales ability
