Position Summary

This position plays a critical role in engineering functions, concentrating on the implementation of innovative automation solutions, machinery, and the optimization of current automation frameworks. The preferred candidate should possess hands-on experience, a solid background in maintenance, and expertise in PLC programming, robotics, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create control documentation for automation initiatives
  • Program robotic systems and automation machinery
  • Support programming for injection molding and blow molding processes
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure project effectiveness
  • Oversee Automation Technicians
  • Design and construct automated systems
  • Identify opportunities for automation enhancements
  • Ensure program backups for automated operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Robot Programming, Omron Controllers, Allen-Bradley systems
  • Skilled in Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming
  • At least 4 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance

Work Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 hr lunch) or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min lunch)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to $80,000.00 annually
